1．Lead Great north BU finance team to achieve finance target . Carry out regular checking including branch and plant. -Communicate findings, identify risk areas and provide solutions, action plan and follow up; -Identify opportunities for procedure improvements based on the checking findings 8. Approve an annual sales force and expense budget using realistic budget hypotheses and produce quarterly forecast updates in the light of actual information
